East Coast US Day 1 - New York City : 29 Jun 2011

Landed at JFK airport around 10.30pm 28 June, after long hours flight.

Transferred to JFK airport hotel by train.

Reached hotel 12am sharp.

Hotel kiosk closed : means no beer after long long thirst.Tour starts at Empire State Building the next day 29 June.

Midtown : 5th Avenue area

Lunch at Manhattan South near Wall Street

Metropolitan Musium : Miller at 950 ml

Theatre District : Mid Town

Day ended with a lousy buffet in New Jersey Area,

Overnight at Crowne Plaza in Newark area.

Supposed to go home early a day before the run.

Told friends must go back before 12,

ended out 2.30am.

Managed to have some sleep but got to wake up 4.30am.

Rushed to Kuala Kangsar and managed to reach before 6am.

Got to take a nap in the car - fatigue, with the hangover and bad beery-smell.

Some simple warm up and back to action again.

Wonderful scenic view along the Perak River and the petit town of Kangsar,

pity my unfit condition did not enjoyed the run the fullest.

Did 1 hr 25 min, not too bad despite my koyak-condition.

Energizer Night Race 2011

Needless to say the terrible comments about this race.

I think the organiser had have enough.

I have high level of tolerance hence not too fed-up with this race.

It was my first race after a long rest of months.

Quite an experience running at the F1 race track, but a little boring after first loop.

2.20 hrs for half marathon, can't achieve my target 2.15 hrs,

No complain anyway.

Good to come back

看到好友贴上的太平滑蛋河，

使我想起上回回去是吃过的种种家乡面食。

看着看着，又饿了。

下周就要回了，多好。
